Last weekend I took the time to paint up one of the Marksmen. I specifically chose this one as he has the poncho type thing on him, and I really like painting stuff like that and capes. Devlan mud has got an extensive work out when I've been painting these models. Anyway, really liking how this guy turned out!

I've also been assembling my Asarnil. Some slight modifications to the Dragon and making a shield for him more in line with the artwork. I wanted to make larger modifications to the Dragon to make it look more like the artwork in posture, but wimped out a bit. Considering how many parts the neck would need to be chopped into, it'd probably be simpler just scratch-building a new neck. Overall though, I'm really impressed with the Dragon kit. It's simply a lot bigger than I originally thought. Can't wait in the long run to get my hands on a Giant kit and see how much of a monster he turns out to be.
